Feldon Valley

The Brief: A new owner based overseas appointed 360 to develop a business plan and strategy for the business. Upgrade the whole facility from golf course to clubhouse and Greenkeeping sheds and equipment and to create a plan that resulted in a viable and sustainable business for the long term.

The Result:  Feldon Valley’s membership has grown from less to 200 to over 400. The reputation of the course went from “pretty but always wet and in poor condition” to “My favourite course, always in great knick, always open, the best greens in the area and the best customer service I have ever received”.

A total redevelopment of the clubhouse was completed in July 2018 with a new restaurant (The Kitchen at Feldon Valley) and a fitness suite. A new 25 room hotel was completed in early 2019 and has received numerous great reviews. (www.feldonvalley.co.uk)
