Feldon Valley

The Brief: A new owner based overseas appointed 360 to develop a business plan and strategy for the business. Upgrade the whole facility from golf course to clubhouse and Greenkeeping sheds and equipment and to create a plan that resulted in a viable and sustainable business for the long term.

The Result: In three years from 2014 Feldon Valley’s membership grew from less to 200 to close to 400. The reputation of the course went from “pretty but always wet and in poor condition” to “My favourite course, always in great knick, always open, the best greens in the area and the best customer service I have ever received”.

Planning permission was received in December 2016 for the development of a 29 key hotel and the total redevelopment of both the clubhouse and Greenkeeping sheds. The building work for this started in January 2017.
