The Point at Polzeath

Purchase and turnaround.

The Brief: To research and if appropriate purchase a golf facility in Cornwall on 250 acres.

The Result: In 2012 Roserrow Golf and Country Club was being sold by administrators. 360 Golf carried out due diligence and negotiated the purchase on behalf of an investor.  360 managed the first stage of a major turnaround program that included, new management structures, a total rebranding of the facility to “The Point”, an upgrade of all the facilities from the golf course to the clubhouse and health club.
