The Role: To locate and purchase a suitable site near to London on behalf of an American developer. Once achieved, to obtain planning permission; construct the course; build a development team and management team and to deliver the project on time, to standard and to budget. Finally to run the membership program.

The Result: Queenwood is regarded as the most private but financially successful golf development in recent years. Membership sales were in excess of $60M.
