Porters Park

The Brief: Commissioned to conduct a strategic review on the club’s operations, course condition and presentation, marketing, governance, systems and structures . This covered the office, pro shop, bar, restaurant and greenkeeping departments.

The Result: Produced and presented a detailed report that provided the club with our observations based on member and staff interviews,  workshops and meetings with the committee. Made over 60 constructive recommendations for Porters Park to prioritise and start to implement in a planned way.
