The Brief: 360 were appointed by a group of members to advise them on the options they had in purchasing the club that was in huge debt and expected to be offered for sale, and to advise on the restructuring of the entire operation if the members were able to purchase.

The Result: 360 worked with the members group to fully assess the operations from top to bottom, identify cost savings to the operation without any reduction in quality of the product or service. 360 created a 3 year business plan with detailed changes and improvements to efficiency, set new standards, ambitions and requirements for staff and restructured the whole business. Working with associates 360 developed a detailed and robust financial model that was used throughout the 3 year process and beyond. The club has now been owned by the members since 2011, is producing a very respectable EBITDA has a much improved atmosphere and much happier members.
