The Brief: To make a thorough and detailed review of the whole golf operation at the facility, comment on current operations and make recommendations to improve them. Report on the prospects and options available to the site, give HSBC ideas as to likely operation EBITDA in coming years (after changes), and comment on serviceability of bank loan and exit options for bank.

The Result: Reported to the bank on the brief with a series of recommendations on operations, service levels, staffing, management weaknesses and areas of greatest risk. 360 worked with the management team on the creation of a detailed three year plan and financials forecast, including clear auditable KPI’s.
