The Brief: Help the board and committees of the 4^th oldest golf club in the world, to review and update their governance and make recommendations for the future operations of the club.

The Result: 360 made recommendations on future streamlined governance of the club, suggested changes to operations, marketing and staff performance. These were largely implemented in early 2017. The societies first CEO was appointed in December 2016, Robert Clive was one of the three man interview panel.
