A few examples of work that 360 Golf has carried out in the past.


Loch Lomond:

360 were appointed by a group of members to advise them on the options they had in purchasing the club that was in huge debt and expected to be offered for sale, and to advise on the restructuring of the entire operation if the members were able to purchase.



360 were asked by First National Bank to take over the management of the club at very short notice from the owner who was failing to service the bank debt and had “handed the keys back”. The challenge was to turn the business around, change the reputation locally and prepare for a sale when the value had been restored.



To locate and purchase a suitable site near to London on behalf of an American developer. Once achieved, to obtain planning permission; construct the course; build a development team and management team and to deliver the project on time, to standard and to budget. Finally to run the membership program.



360 have been appointed “preferred suppliers” to HSBC for all sport related consultancy. The first project for HSBC was to carry out a full business review, with detailed recommendations for change and to build a 3 year business plan of a golf estate north of London.
